Thanks Devlyn!  It did go very well.  I got ma'amed about 4 times, someone called me and my friend and her friend lovely ladies, and I had one young lady compliment me on my necklace.  It felt AMAZING out there.  Went out for 2 days, and neither day had anyone give me any trouble or sir me, even when I had jeans on.  Only had a couple of guys stare, don't know if it was because of my friends good looks or because they saw through me.  Every lady I met seemed to accept me.

I thought my voice would give me away, but my friend said it was really good and convincing.

Hey Artesia,

You looked great! So happy you enjoyed your time out and i agree that necklace looks great with that outfit. Statement necklaces make an outfit pop just as it did yours. You go girl!  ;D

Thank you all, Ladies!

It's amazing how much more confidant at being out and about I felt in another state.  I can't bring myself to go out in my home town, because of the fear.  I will do it one day.......

I showed my pictures to a subordinate, my boss, and a couple co-workers.  My subordinate didn't recognize me, my boss said I looked happier than she'd ever seen me, and my co-workers thought they were pictures of my wife or another friend.

Good on you
You got out there and lived  ;)
The world kept spinning :o

It is hard to understand until you do it just how little people really take notice and if they do then most say nothing....I was sure the world was gonna collapse  around me the first time...certain the other drivers going in the opposite direction (at night with headlights) could see me as I drove along...

It truly is a great feeling...who care why the guys were looking, enjoy it

It's summer, why are you wearing mostly black clothes? Is it result of your male upbringing?

Because I want women's clothing, and unfortunately the local thrift store doesn't carry a lot of stuff in my size and most often what fits and that I like the style of is usually black.  Even the shirt I recently bought from WalMart is black, the color I really wanted didn't come in 4X.  Stretchy clothing will fit at a size of 3X, I'm hoping that my continued weight loss and HRT will reduce the size I need, but my shoulders are fairly broad so I'm doubting it as that is typically he part that binds the most.  I have also narrowed down my skirt size to 20 or 18W and will try that for jeans at some point.

Thank You Ladies!  It did feel amazing, and I'm glad I did it.  I also found that my depression/dysphoria were worse when I had to go back to being the male version of me.  Even though my voice doesn't pass, I am thinking of going full time just to get rid of my downer feelings.  I'm still not entirely sure that my body/face passes either, but being the male is just starting to be too much.
