So literally less than three weeks using progesterone cream 2x daily, and adding an oral herbal phytoestrogen for 4 days and then progenolone for two days and I have significant nipple changes, upright and forward as well as spreading and hardening underneath, and more than an A cup (I am large a 48 or 50 band size!) YIKES I am not ready for any looks or questions!  I am noit imasgining this - is this unusually fast?

I'm a 34B and I'm not out at work.
I wear sports bras with a loose fitting shirt and no one has been the wiser.

I'm curious about what your taking as well. Most of my breast formation came from herbals... contrary to popular belief, they can be quite potent.

so the list in the phytoestrogen pill is:  a combination of Barage seed, Evening Primrose, Soy Bean Extract, Mexican Root Extract, Organic Flax seed  Oil, Black Cohosh, and Dong Quai.

Then I have been applying bio-identical progesterone cream 2x daily

Then added Pregnolone cream as well 2x daily.  I am thinking of adding some herbs that are anti-androgen in activity but I cannot believe how much difference these have made so far.

Does anyone have any good anti-androgen herbs to recommend?

Lexi-Dreamer - maybe it is just plain old fear, but I want to handle my new breasts all the time and to me they are SO OBVIOUS - maybe people just see them as man boobs?   Thanks for making me fee less alone!

I'm sorry, I have no experience with those herbs. The one I used is forbidden to be mentioned on this forum (much to my dismay  ??? )

I had read good things about using spearmint and spearmint tea as a natural anti-androgen. I tried it for a month or two and did not notice much in the way of results. It wasn't long after that I opted for pharma-HRT.

Also, taking estrogen (even herbal) will eventually reduce your testosterone levels. The herb I was taking is notorious for reducing testosterone at higher dosages.

I wear Champion Absolute Sports Bra With SmoothTec Band, as my go to sports bra for hiding my breasts.
They have the lowest strap/band profile that I could find, so the outline of the bra doesn't show up on the outside.

I've been wearing them for over a year now. I came out to a really good friend at work, so now I have a spy in the office. She had no idea, and said no one has been whispering about me, so I think they work pretty well. :)

Here's a link if you're interested in buying some:

WOW - I ill try them!  The one you take that we cannot mention I just received and took my first dose!  - the bioidentical homones I got the idea from my sister who goes to a naturopathic doctor and she uses it as Menopause HRT - so I figure if it works for her?  Why not me!  The rest came from reliable sources online

I'm on the prescription stuff now, but I got great results from herbal supplements. At my intake for informed consent we talked about it and my doctor said "Whatever you're taking is working, you have obvious breasts." I gave her a bottle of them after she gave me a prescription for E and Spiro. She said they have a supplement guru on the staff at Fenway and he'd love to see them. The capsules, not my breasts.  >:-)

Hugs, Devlyn

Herbal supplements can have side-effects too so please be careful. In most cases, they also won't do much.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
