Well for extensive work.. 30k or more with a reputable surgeon. Maybe around 10k for subtle work.

I looked into it more in detail after I posted, and did some math, and ideally, what I would like to have done (in installments not all at once of course) would run more than 46K. So it appears that any kind of surgery is not an option for me, unless it's a guy doing it out of a Uhaul behind a liquor store.

Have you thought of travelling outside of the US?
There are many surgeons in Latin America and Thailand that would charge much less than that. My FFS costed less than a third of what you are calculating.

Where I was looking was actually in Guadalajara Mexico. I don't remember off the top of my head the doctors name of the company name. It was actually on their website that I calculated everything. The site has a "build your own package" feature where you can pick everything you want, and then it calculates the price.
