So after years of seeing my therapist at the VA, she finally told me we have a therapist st the local VA hospital that there is a gender therapist who is adequate with trans vets. She's been helping those who served our country be their true selves. Helped get one of the girls letters and spoke to her the other day. I got 2 weeks until I start seeing her
it sticks that it took so long to figure out we had one at the VA and my regular therapist apologized for not trying to see if they had one sooner for me.
On another note, without getting into specifics, my sons mother blindsided me and served me the other day with a temporary suspension of my summer visitation with my son
was so upset getting this
she's claiming a lot of bs things and luckily I found a lawyer who is going to fight in my corner while I slowly pay him since this girl and my wife don't have that kind of money up front and at such a short notice. Monday he goes to court for it and hopefully I get my son back in my arms soon
