Possibly however one of the things that is done with CTA surgery is to take off more than the normal amount of larynx. This is done because CTA causes the larynx to budge out so more material needs to be removed to restore the proper neck appearance. If your ENT doctor is willing to forward your information to Dr Haben, you might be able to find out if surgery is possible. If you are interested, this is the contact information.

I contacted her and sent her x-rays of the issue and she agrees it's damaged and nothing can be done to fix it.

Still in the whole denial/depressed phase to be honest, I am growing my hair out but that's it. My height being 6ft makes me sad although I have some desirable features some very small shoulder width and I guess 'slim' body it just sucks.

Won't bore you all with the details since I am sure most of you (mtf, ftm, etc) go though the whole dysphoria thing but hey, life goes on.  ???

No option for in the middle ;A;

I guess I wouldn't consider myself at the beginning, but right now im in the middle of all the legal stuff on my journey. Next stop will be surgery and hopefully my last and final stop  :)
My life doesn't exist in this lifetime.

  Other, on hold. Nearly 4 years on HRT, It was halted for other health reasons 10 months ago. My PSA shot up since, but the 2 other tests shows 'least likely' for a Gleason score of 7 or above if a biopsy was given. I do have a follow-up exam at the cancer center for that next week. Resume? Unknown. No reappearances of dysphoria and the depression nor did stopping the HRT regime remove the edema in the feet. Just a little 'roid rage' from the natural increase of T to 550 ng/L, normal for a male of my age. There is still the severe fatigue caused by the autoimmune caused neuropathy in the feet and ankles. The pain is down since the halting of the treatment for that and I felt the cold, hard floor of the cabin in spots on the soles of the feet the other night. More on those conditions later after the exams coming up.

Beginning. Getting laser, letting my hair grow, one month on spiro. Still presenting and living like a gay man but out to most friends and close family.
Latina :) I speak Spanish, English and a bit of Portuguese.

Just passed the year mark on HRT, but my levels still haven't reached peak performance yet.
They must find it difficult, those who have taken authority as truth, rather than truth as authority.

I'm still at the beginning stages of my transition. I was on HRT a few years ago for a short time, but I "hit the pause button."  I'm looking to start HRT again in the not too distant future.  Currently, I'm growing my hair out, working towards my weight loss goals, and I'm slowly building up my female wardrobe and other essentials.

I hope that we all get closer to where we want to be before we know it.
