I feel a bit silly for asking this but does testosterone effect shoe size?
My size is a uk 4 and I hope not bc I have a lot of shoes lol

I've heard people on the forum mentioning it had due to muscle/fat changes but I haven't noticed it myself.

I was between sizes and my shoes fit better now, but it hasn't been enough change to change shoe sizes.

I can't be 100% sure this is due to T but not so long ago I was a size 5 1/2 now I'm a 7 to 7 1/2...

I've been wearing men's shoes for years even before transitioning, so I was a 7.5 - 8 pre T and now over 2 years on T and I'm a 9 - 9.5 US size. So, I'd say it does.

Well I didn't go out and get new shoes right the way, the fact is, when I needed to get new shoes, I realized that I needed bigger sizes to fit better.

One thing I do like about having to buy bigger shoes over again is that now I can buy them in the men's section, not the boys or the women's.

Sweet. This is cool news! I hate having to search for size 7 shoes. I hope mine grow to and 8 or 9. I had no idea this was a possibility from T. I am excited.

I don't want to dampen your excitement but it seems to be a small number of trans men that this happens too. If it happens at all you'll probably only go up half a size rather than a whole shoe size. I'm almost 2 years on T and I'm still a size 7.

But on the plus side if you can try looking at Asos. I can often find size 7 shoes on their website as well as smaller sizes of clothes.
