So as the title said, I had my SRS as well as breast augmentation 8 days ago on june 10th. I had my packing removed yesterday and did first dilation today.

Now I have been thinking about a few things.

The first, I am very happy to have the correct body that I should have. all i need to do now is make sure to work hard on my laser hair removal on face and I will feel like I am a complete and true woman.

Then my complaints. Pain is really weird. My chest hurts a lot, and the massaging i need to do daily on it hurts like crazy. it pretty much hurts non stop and i wonder how many days until it will stop hurting. I had pretty large implants ( I think I could now pull off a nice D cup).
Also the pain and looks in the lower area. How long until the random pain and pain from the surgery itself is done? I was thinking that I dont actually know how long until the looks will get better.  I guess looking better and not hurting will happen around same time. When could I expect that to be? Catheter out in 5 days but I was thinking about how long it will be until I can actually explore my new genetalia. Which leads to my next few things that I actually have not thought about at all. How long could I expect it to take before I can actually start to feel pleasure down there? I am quite interested in experiencing sex as a true woman. So how long before I could safely have sex?

So far I am really happy, albeit in quite a bit of pain, but that is expected. sorry if the message is weird to read, I have actually had quite a bit of trouble sleeping while in thailand so far. So my writing probably sucks.

You should be able to get some drugs for the pain. If the current ones are not working ask for something else.

Sex normally isn't permitted until 3 months after surgery. Depending on your healing and how the swelling goes down, that time could be much longer. I know one person who is past the six month time period and because of healing issues, isn't ready for sex yet. You should figure on a bottom examination at about 3 months to be cleared for sex. If you have granulation issues, you should be examined at the 1.5 to two month time period. The next 3 or more months are critical in ensuring that your surgery heals properly and is ready for sex as soon as possible.

Thanks for the replies!

I definitely do have painkillers but my body still finds time to feel hurt, in particular when I am doing the stretches and massages that I have to do.

Thanks for the information about the time before sex, I have no intention of missing a single dilation ever and working hard to make sure it is as good as I can. I plan to work my hardest on the recovery. I cant wait to get the catheter removed though :P

I need to try harder to get extra sleep as well, room service wakes me up very early for breakfast (6am)
