Hello Everyone,

I have only been on this site for a week, and have only used it a little bit, but I have to say that it has been extremely therapeutic.  Thank you to everyone who makes this site possible, and to everyone who spends their time here to support one another.

As someone who is questioning their gender identity, but still deeply closeted, I have found all of the backstories hugely valuable in my own journey.  I love hearing about the process all of you took to get to the point where you realized (and admitted to yourself) you were trans.  For some it was obvious.  For some, not so much (or an offshoot of that, it should have been obvious but you got real good at denying it to yourself....like me).

I have met a few questioning people out there, and some closeted people who just have chosen not to transition at this time for one reason or another.  Do you think there would be value in creating a forum (or even a sub-forum) for those people who are still trying to figure out their identity or are closeted for whatever reason?  I would love to start a sub-community for that group and get their stories.

Anyway, just my thoughts.  I know I am new to this site, but I thought that might be a worthwhile addition.

Thanks,
Jessica
Right now, I only go by Jessica on this forum.  Maybe someday I'll go by Jessica everywhere.

Hi Jessica,
For me that sub forum is the crossdressing one.
I will never transition yet at the same time love all that females have and wish it could be me.

I am not fully closeted and a few people know about me and I think the number will slowly grow. All my dressing etc is done in private although I underdress 90% of the time. I almost got caught at the Physiotherapy today as I went there to make an appointment but they took me in straight away, I was asked to remove my sweatshirt and then my t-shirt. I had a little panic attack as I was wearing a camisole with small cups and had to hide this as I removed my shirt. Luckily I was successful.

Cheers
Sue
