T and back/spine cracking?

I'm technically 4 1/2 years on T, started November-something 2012. I took 6 months off starting June 2016 (due to medical complications) and since then been inconsistent with shots so a lot of feminine characteristics returned, like my hips.

Now that I'm taking it again, I find my lower back/hip area tensing up and needing to be cracked a lot. Anyone else notice this before? My hips are definitely becoming more narrow, but it's annoying having to constantly readjust my own spine.

I know most change is fat redistribution but still, I feel like some sort of bones/muscle are moving.

I've never heard of this. I have some back issues myself, but not noticed it getting worse on T or the bones needing more adjustment. I have noticed I like to stretch more, and more powerfully though, and when I do sometimes the elbows crack etc.
