very sad it is disgusting what this word is coming too she is so young I dont understand why people have that much hatred in them.

Judging from the article, I don't know she was shot for being trans, only that there was some argument about something.  Regardless, it doesn't take much to get shot in the U.S., with the idiotic "stand your ground" laws and gun happy environment.
