At least once a week. Anything from simple burgers, steak, fish and lots of veggies to more complex things like rotisserie pork roast. We also have a smoker but have not used it yet.
Oh - once or twice a year we also make our own Brats all the way from scratch, usually between 15 and 20 lbs in one sitting.
Many plans for more fancy stuff but usually short in time...
