When is it best to go for a blood test?

I've been on injections for 3 years now,  Sustanon every 3 weeks and my next blood test is due soon. My GP doesn't really know much about it unfortunately, so I'm trying to do my own research. My goal is to get the results that are most relevant/prevalent throughout these 3 week cycles so it's easy to see if anything's wrong with them. I've asked my GP to refer me to a specialist or endochrinologist but he said he can't unless any of my results are out of the ordinary. (This is in the UK)

During these 3 weeks, when is it best to take the blood test, right after injection, in the middle of before the injection? Or would my levels be fairly consistent throughout, since I've been on it for 3 years?

I've had blood tests in the middle of a cycle to see where I normally sit at and like the day before a shot is due to make sure I am not dropping down to female range. I take like half the dosage of what my endo normally prescribes and it puts me in male range still so that probably why I was tested the day before a shot was due.

For an injectable that is injected every 3 weeks, a mid-cycle blood test is just fine. It will give you an average of your peak and trough (highs and lows). If your doctor is really concerned, you take one blood sample right before the injection for the low reading and another after the injection for the high reading.

Cheers, this seems to be the best. I'll take a mid-cycle test for now and request my doctor to give me two more forms for right before and after injection. Thanks for the help!

My doctor told me around 4 days before injection.
I was just so glad it wasn't every month that I had to follow up. She told me every 3 and then eventually every 6, 4-ish days before injection.
