I just went to my local pharmacy to pick up my prescription for finasteride. Three month supply for $150 so I signed up with Blinkhealth.com and got my three months for only $55. Picked up at the same store only difference being prepayment on line. Quite a saving. There are other discount suppliers available besides Blink. Estradiol 3 month supply is $63.  Three months of Spiro $35. It appears to be US only.

Another site mentioned by other members is Good RX. No membership required and I get 6 months of estradiol for $20 at Walmart. Walmart isn't the cheapest store for everything and that's why you should check every drug you are taking as you might want to get something expensive from another store.

You would be shocked at the low medical costs here in Thailand. I broke my wrist four years ago playing soccer and two sets of X-rays, the cast, the follow-up visits, cast removal, and pain medication (which I threw away because I don't take toxic drugs if I can help it) all cost $140.

I almost laughed when I paid the bill.

I always toss any prescribed medication given me by Thai doctors, but the cost is so small, it doesn't matter. It's easier than arguing with them.

You remind me, I need to start buying my syringes & needles for estrogen injection in bulk, my copay for these come to $2/week and if I get a 2 year supply bulk it will be about$0.60/week.

Needles and syringes will still be the most expensive part of my HRT.
