I don't know how to deal with it anymore

It is true that refugee claimants will be denied asylum in Canada if they cross the border from the U.S. at an official border crossing.  However, as many Syrian refugees have found out, if they cross the border illegally, not at an official checkpoint, their claim of asylum will not automatically be denied.  If you apply through the RCMP at a local police detachment, your claim will be processed.  If you apply to the border guards, it will be rejected.

These are valuable information
What about Netherlands and Belgium I heard their LGBT+ rights are one of the best in Europe is that true ?
My country is not in the list of safe countries in Netherlands list
Which they refuse refugee by default from these safe countries

These are the two countries in Europe I heard transgenders are safe there
Is that true

I want to go to Canada but I afraid they will refuse my visa
That why I need more options to consider

I'm sorry that you have to deal with all of that! Have you considered flying to a country that does not require visa? I'm from Colombia and here lots of countries don't need visas to enter. It's also fairly easy to get a work permit or residency if needed. Here most places, especially big cities, are open to LGBT people even though we are a Catholic country.
Latina :) I speak Spanish, English and a bit of Portuguese.

Can you travel to a safe country as a tourist?  Once you get there, then you claim refugee status.

The travel ban in the United States is supposed to be a temporary thing. It was imposed because the Obama administration had weakened the screening processes to the point where it was possible to enter the United States with a very risky background and you wouldn't get caught. The ban is to provide time for the screening to be beefed up and after that, the ban should be dropped. By the time Rose might be able to leave her country, the options on this side of the atlantic might be a good deal different.

WOW. You need to be on CNN or on news website. Get Diane Sawyer/Barbara Walters over there to interview you.

Acid? That's insane.... get away from him!! Acid is always the worse thing I think someone can go through!
Not before leaving the country.
Being interviewed while still there might be very dangerous.
This is ok, I guess.

Hi Rose,

from the get-go my suspicion substantiated you must reside in a muslim-dominated country. As the others already said, you need to find a way out of there. As a كافر) (kāfir) / nonbeliever you're on their list (فتوى) / keyword 'fatwa', not to mention being trans and having the 'wrong' sexual orientation.

At that place there's no future for you - even on your own 'family' you can't rely at all, they already seem to be 'poisoned'. Do not trust anybody anymore, please! If you can't leave that country in a legal way, you must get out illegally. I would not recommend UK, Germany, France - or generally central Europe - you would jump out of the frying pan into the fire, because on the long run it is expected that same dire conditions will slowly but surely prevail also in central Europe for known reasons.

Canada as final destination (for you the English speaking area) is absolutely recommendable. Get your stuff together and plan carefully!

Here you are at the right place - at least that opportunity you got!

All the best my dear!

Obviously rich white countries where you could get an asylum granted, and then free medical care and free money until you can live on your own - would be most preferred. But those countries are less and less eager to allow unskilled people in.

I'd recommend to see other Muslim (Iran maybe) and Asian and Latino countries? If you're young, how about 'work abroad' program or 'students exchange' (I know many 'students' who never been in any colleges), or 'au pair'? You'd be better off, if you get into another country legally, at first.

Try to get your family on board, promise to send them part of your earnings, and to be a good provider for the family.

Setup a goal, work out realistic plan toward achieving it, make many plans - plan A, plan B, plan C. Work every minute of your life towards completing tasks from your plans abc. Do not rest until goal is completed. Where is a will, and readiness to follow through and do whatever it takes, and perseverance, ... only sky is the limit.

My understanding of asylum seeker law is that no country where you are seeking asylum has the right to return you to your country of origin, unless asylum is not granted. An asylum seeker is not a criminal and therefore you are not a fugitive.

I know of at least one trans woman who sought and was granted asylum here in Australia on the basis of her being trans,  and she came from a country similar to yours.

Asylum is really your best option.

Whatever you decide, don't delay. You're living in a nest of vipers. They can strike at any time.
