On a related note, I find I am self-conscious about the volume of my pee. My experience in women's washrooms is that cis women are in and out in about 30 seconds, including time to rearrange clothing. I, being on spiro and trying to keep my hydration up, pee like a fire hose for a minute or so. They pee tablespoons; I pee quarts. That's got to sound suspicious if someone is paying attention. No cis woman has a bladder that big.
No way around it that I can see. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?
I take both spiro and Lasix (furosemide) and have found that the Lasix causes me to urinate more than the spiro. Since I take the spiro twice a day, I usually delay the Lasix until later. If I'm planning on getting out, I'll delay taking my first dose of spiro until I finish my errands. I really try to avoid using public restrooms that aren't one-holers. Funny thing is, lately, I've gotten double takes when going into the men's room, and even had one person tell me that I was in the wrong room.
What I didn't mention when I started the thread is that when I came out of the stall, there were three women waiting in line. When my friend told me of the difference in sounds, I could imagine they were all standing there listening to what was going on.

At least they all smiled at me, and no one told me I was in the wrong room.
I'm awfully insecure using a public ladies room, yet I don't feel comfortable in the mens room. Kathy -- Now your given me something else to wonder about.

All the best,
