What kind of results do you think that this kind of treatment could give me considering that I'm still 19? I'm considering this because I've heard that it helps to retain sexual function (which is really important to me) as I want to have children.

Some breast growth, even perhaps significant with soreness. Reduction in body hair, some degree of feminization. You are right. Odds are that fertility will be indeed preserved if you only take bicalutamide as LH and FSH remain elevated and intratesticular concentrations of T stay high and aren't blocked.

You can also freeze your sperm, another option and I can tell you from experience, less T doesn't necessarily mean no sexual function. I've had tons of orgasms on very very low T BUT I will admit to having even more extraordinary ones and becoming more sensitive all over since adding a little T post-op. My libido also increased, which I personally like. :)
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005
