I will continue to go by Tynan when dealing with customers so that all my documents ID cards etc match but I would ask that moving forward people start using my preferred name Tymara (pronounced Tamara) or the shortened version Mara when referring to me or about me. I would also ask that people begin using female pronouns i.e she & her from now on. As part of this transition I will also begin using the correct amenity's for my gender upon return from leave on Monday 21/08/2017I know this will take a little time to get used to, and I expect that people will make mistakes at first.
