Hi there!! I made a post not long ago asking for opinions on Brassard for the girls that went to him and got many sweet replies, one issue though is that I've sent ATLEAST 3 emails to their office and haven't gotten a reply once, I tried calling but I live in Florida & it said press 2 for English, which I did then it doesn't even ring or anything. Does anyone know why its taking so long, did you have to wait almost 2 months for an email response? This is frustrating and upsetting, I'd like to know what documents I need, blood work, cost, & even post op pictures if possible.

Also, if you've had SRS with Brassard, please tell me how it went, how you healed/are healing, if you're happy with results & if you have sensation also if you get wet!!

Thank you all so much in advance.

I'm able to orgasm at 6 months... I don't get wet... I have to use lube to have sex... my vagina is really tight... but it looks pretty... labia minora isn't as define... and my depth I believe is only 4 inches... 3rd dot on the dilator

I'm quite happy with results. The vulva looks pretty, aesthetically speaking. I went through several post-op pics of other women, seen hundreds of cisvaginas and have absolutely no regrets. Clitoris is hidden under hood, a little too much (nothing he can do) and not really erogenous, for me. Symmetry is good, after all. Sensations, orgasms amazing! Lubricate plenty when aroused. Depth, started at 4.5 inches, now 3-3.5 inches because I stopped dilating years ago but with intense dilation, can recover, according to him. Everything works fine, plumbing, etc. No complications except for some hair that remains deep inside the vagina but I can take care of it with Nair cream. Hypertrophic hypopigmented scars on each side outside the vagina, quite thin though and not apparent when not shaven/waxed.

I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

Thank you!! When did you first have sex after surgery? & Why is it taking them SO long to respond to me? It's so frustrating..

It took me about 2 months to,have a response by email which had some details including forms and medical questionnaire.  I,guess I'm lucky because I live about 90 minutes from his facility and my local WPATH clinicians are well aware of the processes and such.   Due to our health care system in Canada, we don't have to worry about costs for GCS...just breast and cosmetic procedures.

Im  5 1/2 month post op.   I fully self lubrificate( getting wet) and enough for penetrative sex.  I have 6.5 inch depth. I got my first orgasm a little less then 3 month post-op.   I am getting physical orgasm ( female ejaculation or "squirt").  I love sensations, i think overall it looks great but i have a lack of labia minoras.  I will probably get a revision with another surgeon for that to make it look realistic.

Cons :  multiple vaginosis  and a little hypergranulation wich is totally annoying. I also figured i have some hairs inside..  also Brassard's office post op follow is horrible.

My similar experience is that it took more than two months for their office to get back to me after I first contacted them around the same timeframe as Emmy. Then it took me about a month to get all the paperwork, letters, etc. that they require submitted, and then a couple more weeks until they responded to that. But my surgery is scheduled for October 30th, 2017 and I'm super excited that it's now only 3 months away!!

I didn't had any issues contacting them in late January. I called the number on the website and spoke with Suzanne, gave her my email and she immediately emailed me all the information and forms needed to get started. I had everything they requested and all forms filled out by the next day and in the mail. I want to say by mid March I received an email stating they had reviewed all my information and was given the date of 5/24 and to reply back if that date worked. I replied back and said yes. I had to get blood work and an EKG test done and had my primary care office fax the results. I had to pay $19,300 for the surgery, my insurance doesn't cover it unfortunately.

I didn't experience any pain during or after surgery, I actually woke up during the surgery but they knocked me back out lol. There was discomfort following, like a constant pulling of the skin type of feeling and sitting sucked for a few weeks. The stent wasn't very fun also, specially if you had to sneeze or laugh.

Healing has gone very well, no complications. Aesthetically I feel it looks a bit different and actually nicer than the few photos I have seen posted online. I unfortunately only got about 4 1/2 inches of depth but I believe that all relies on the material you have. My labia minora is small but I like the look and the shape so I am happy there. I was able to clitoral climax at 3 weeks with the aid of a vibrator and have been weekly since. I cannot achieve anything vaginally yet and not sure if it works that way. I do get wet but it's not enough, I don't know if this changes with time as I'm almost 10 week now. Hopefully this helps, and gives enough details as I had to type this out fast. PM if you have any questions, I troll here kinda often.
