I had poor breast development on very high levels with injections and much better results on oral and gel where levels were lower, and this despite even adding some T to the mix. BUT, I think the reason for poor breast development on injections might be due to levels falling to rapidly whereas with oral/gel, they remained more constant. Who knows?
