"(Washington) A federal judge has ruled that a sex discrimination lawsuit brought by a transsexual woman can proceed against the Library of Congress.

Diane Schroer (pictured) filed the suit in 2005 after being offered a job at the library and then told she was not a "good fit" when her future boss learned she was in the process of transitioning from male to female."
