Quicker SRS

I have already had my BA and my legal name / sex change. I am on HRT for over three years now and I have 3 letters from my counselors for SRS. Now the problem is that the only Doctor performing SRS in my state (Oregon) has me on a waiting list that is over one year from now. My consultation went fine, but he is very backed up with patients. Since I am on Medicare I can have the surgery done in any state. So my question is does any one know of a Doctor for SRS that both takes Medicare and doesn't have a long wait time? I am so ready to finish my transition!

Check out Dr Keelee MacPhee, here in North Carolina. I know she doesn't have a waiting list, but I'm not sure about Medicare.
