hello! I decided back in Feb that I finally needed to transition, and I decided that first I needed to focus on some major weight loss. I don't know how much I was at in feb, but back in Dec I was over 286. As of this past Friday I'm down to 208! I started HRT on July 17th and I actually lost 4lbs my first week, and then gained 2 or 3 during my 2nd week, which really bummed me out. Then a week later I had somehow lost 7lbs!! I exercise every day and try to watch what I eat. I still have another 30 to 40 lbs I wanna get rid of, which I think I'll be able to do. my appetite definitely increased when I started HRT, so while exercise is a big part of it, so is willpower
