Looking for trans* friends in Mass or NE in general

I saw someone posted looking for friends in the GTA, and thought I'd do the same here.  I have friends that have become dear to me, but they are so far away .  I would love to meet people in the area, to find camaraderie and friendship through this sometimes isolating process.  I know it seems like it should be "easy" in a seemingly progressive area, but not nearly so much as you'd think.  Thank you!

I'm in Weymouth. I'm in a Facebook group that does a lot of local events, dances, Girls Night Out, that sort of thing.. There were forty-something of us in P-town last month.
