Hey y'all!  Just a southern girl here on her journey looking to discuss all things concerning our transitions. Just coming out here after a battle with self acceptance. IKR!  Lol!

Anyway, I look forward to meeting y'all and participating in discussions to share and learn from our journeys.   :)

Hello Lexi, and welcome!

I'm at the other corner of the US in the Seattle area.  But we are all in the same town here on Susan's.  Actually a pretty large city, which is cool since there is such a wide spectrum of backgrounds and goals that are all transgender.

I am MTF.  I know what the battle is like that you describe... I fought and then suppressed it for decades, and then realized I had been blocking my own happiness for stupid reasons.  I have unlocked so much here for myself and have never felt better about my present or future.

Glad you're here now Lexi!  See ya around.

 Hi Lexi,

Laurie here, MtF unofficial greeter to the wor..err Susan's Place. Hi ! Welcome to the best neighborhood on the internet, Susan's Place, Come in and take a good look around, get comfy and stick around. For a support site you can't beat Susan's. It's what we do here, we help those like ourselves, find themselves. I know for myself I was really lost when I came around, I'm full time now, it's been about a month and a half and still working on that acceptance part, though I have to admit I've come a ways in that work. Not nearly as afraid as I was back then.

Well I am glad you are here and hope you like it here.

Hugs,
   Laurie

Thank you Laurie. Yes, this looks like a very informative site. Yes, that acceptance can be tough as so many of us know. Supporting one another is so key. :-)

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS
