So I'm about 4 weeks post-op and all of my incisions are healed except my left nipple (not pictured, the stitches are taking longer to dissolve).
Now my issue is that my nipples seem to be quite....droopy. Is it reasonable for me to ask for a revision of this? People stare at them and it makes me really uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this outcome and spoken with their surgeon about it?

I had peri, and while I do have some drooping on one side, it's not quite the same as yours.  I'm considering a revision, but taking a "wait and see" approach for about a year, partly due to finances.  4 weeks is still pretty early on, so it could resolve itself with time?  If you're uncomfortable with it, it's definitely Ok to talk to your surgeon about it.  They should be able to give you an idea of whether it might resolve, or what revision would be needed/what it would cost to correct it.  I feel like the whole point of having surgery (at least, for me) is to feel comfortable with yourself, so it's entirely reasonable to seek a revision if you feel like you need it.  :)

My thinking is that if you have a flat chest with no scars a little nipple droop is not something I am concerned about.  I see guys at the beach with a some nipple droop; i would definitely wait at least a year and then decide if it is that important to you
