Eyeliner tips?

Anyone have tips on applying liquid eyeliner? I can't keep my hand steady due to tendonitis (old injury) so it comes out jagged. I've been using mascara only lately. Thanks in advanced :)

Try using a credit card held over the eyelid as a mask!
