So here's the thing: I've been HRT'ing since April 2014. As far as my breasts go, I believe I'm a full A cup if even that. The buds are still beneath my nipples... and so i'm taking this to mean my boobs are still developing. I know as far as breast growth goes it's YMMV but for a while now my breast development seems rather stagnant.

I have started a few days ago listening to binaural beats to see if it'll help me to get bigger breasts naturally. My breasts did start feeling heavier but no noticeable changes yet as it's only been a few days.

I guess if the buds are still in my breasts and despite that it seems stagnant after about four years worth of breast development, that my breasts are growing still?

I am NOT getting breast implants so I'm hoping to have my breasts grow to whatever size that they will and go from there... at least a C cup. Ugh, I am getting tired of having to stuff my bras when i go out because then i feel fake.  >:( I want to start showing cleavage.
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

Are you taking Progesterone as well? Some women find that helps if their breast growth is stagnating

No, but i haven't seen my doctor in a while. I'll consider talking to her about it. I like that idea.

Oops, I did not want to hear that.  :-\

Your doctor should have done blood level checks to see if you are in the ball park. I have been saying that blood levels are not that important, but with several years of HRT with little to show for it, something is not right.

See your doctor at the earliest possible opportunity.

Also, ask about Testosterone blockers, since you did not mention if you were taking them or not.

Next, lets talk genetics. How big are your female relatives? For the same body weight, you should be somewhere near their size.

October 24 was the last time I saw my doctor, during which time I believe I've had blood work done. A few hours ago, i scheduled a new appointment to see her and will see her again on September 26.

As for testosterone blockers, I am on Spironolactone, which is what i've been taking since 2014. The women in my family, I guess, have C - DD cup breasts.

For the less important reason as to why i haven't seen my doctor in a while, i was hoping to have gotten farther in my transition, which included having bigger breasts naturally.

I personally find genetics don't mean much. Our trajectory is quite different than ciswomen and even within your family, there can be significant variability with your mom being big, your mother's sister being small, grandmothers small and your sister big, etc.

All the women in my family and I mean, each and everyone, have big breasts and 13 yrs post-HRT, I have small As.

It seems like we do not know everything there is to know about growing breasts.

For example, how can anyone explain asymmetry, where one breast is much larger than the other?

Genetics will show a tendency, not a determinant of what you may expect to get.

Again I must repeat myself. Just make sure your hormone blood levels are in the female range and give it time.

What you develop is what you get. There are no guarantees.

A good plastic surgeon can make things better!

Female range for estradiol is so wide as to be completely useless. Even males without HRT can be in female range as it starts at 20 pg/ml in women. Levels also fluctuate so it could be in range at time X and out of range at time Y. Sensitivity varies so that some may need more, some are ok with less. Blood levels mean nothing. Same with testosterone especially if you measure total T and take an anti-androgen that also or exclusively blocks androgens. Instead, gauging your body's reactions to the HRT and adjusting accordingly with your doctor is the more rational approach.

Hi girls🙋🏼 I have a question about early hrt and pre hrt.  Does massaging your chest/breasts help to develop?
Thanks, Jessica 💁

Yes, massaging your boobs supposedly helps with breast growth if you do it consistently and propertly. I did try this but i got lazy and didn't even go one month.

:(

Thank you Annaiyah 🙆 I've been massaging for several months but not necessarily consistent.
You mentioned properly, how so?
Hugs, Jessica 🙋🏼

Given that we're generally not perfectly symmetrical on any other body part, why should breasts be different?
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

Hi. Sorry about my delayed response.

I recall reading somewhere you're supposed to do it in an inward counterclockwise motion for it to work. Do it in the wrong direction and it might make your breasts smaller. Using an coconut or some other massage oil might help as well. Good luck!

To everyone else:
If it's possible for breast implants to feel that pillowy softness with the jiggles and bounciness then I'll at least consider it. If not, forget it. Because that's what i love about boobs!
