To keep this short and sweet I'm wondering if anyone had experience of getting an srs revision or heard of one? I'm over 6 months post op and I still can't have sex or fit the biggest dilator in my vagina. I had a very small penis but my doctor told me he did a skin graft. It's so frustrating because I've dilated on schedule and have even done extra and after this long I doubt I'll have the depth and width I want. I'm calling my doctor tomorrow and hoping we can work something out.

Revisions are possible but they are complex because you have to locate another source of graft material. If a source isn't available, some consider a Sigmoid Colon Surgery which carries other risks with it. Your best bet right now would be to explore your options with your surgeon.

One thing mentioned elsewhere on the site is not applying enough pressure when dilation. After your healed, you should be able to apply at least 4 pounds of pressure to make sure you reach sufficient depth.

Hello transbarbie, I had a micro penis and very small genitals and initially was less than 4 inches in depth. I fit the orange dilator and am 5 inches inside me. What dilator and depth are you?

Yeah I was thinking the colon technique not sure if I trust my surgeon for a revision I've heard the inversion revisions are more risky colon seems more promising. I have 5 dilators I'm only up to the fourth one which is very small compared to the average penis. I think it's only 4.2 inches and the fifth dilator only goes in like 25% I've been trying for much I was thinking ill achieve depth overtime but it doesn't seem like it I apply a lot of pressure I just think my max depth has been reached and I don't like it. Also it takes me like 25-30 minutes for the dilator to even reach full depth inside me

It all depends on where the tightness is and what is causing it. Is it push back from the pelvic floor or is there scar tissue around the entrance? Did you have granulation issues at any point? Do you have any issues with tearing and bleeding? There's a lot to consider that may be minor issues with a simple episiotomy-type fix at the entrance or it could just be too small.

Seriously, I'm just winging it like everyone else. Sometimes it works, other times -- not so much. HRT 2003 - FFS|Orch 2005 - GCS 2017 - No Regrets EVER!
