U.S. Defence Secretary Jim Mattis will first establish a panel of experts to provide advice and recommendations on how to carry out the president's direction.

I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

Nice find! I never saw that article. I was talking to my doctor on Monday and the official word in the military is still business as usual, though they are no longer planning any SRS surgeries which is a shame. There's still a lot of push from higher echelon officers to remove the ban so I'm still hoping I'll be able to get SRS in a year when I would be normally eligible.
HRT started: 27 July 2017

The good part is that the way Trump is going, he may be gone in a year.  The bad part is that if Trump is gone, he will be replaced by Pence, who is even more stridently anti-trans than Trump.  Elections really do have consequences.

Just remember, Pence is also more of a traditional politician than Trump. He is far more likely to follow the usual political pragmatic approach in order to cater to re-election bids despite his more severe personal opinions. (Or at least I hope.)

Yes he's more of a politician, but his track record doesn't look good and, unless we can count on the rest of LGBQ to back us, at 0.6% of the population we're sadly lacking in political power.

(I should translate that sentence into German, it would look more natural.)

:

April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!
