Private Healthcare (AXA) in UK

Hi All,

I have private health insurance with AXA through my employer which covers Gender Reassignment Surgery however I wanted to ask the community if anyone has any experience of undertaking GRS using private healthcare?

Specifically:
1. What are the requirements / is their a real life experience component?
2. What is the waiting list like once you've met the requirements?

I've never had a private surgery so I'm not really sure what to expect!
