Big step for me I used him as a trial run to gauge reaction.  I have known him for a long time an he is gay he was like ok but he kinda suspected something was going on anyway.  Lol.  I am thinking about telling my sister, that's going to be a hard one.  I have been a full dose of HRT since January 2017 but still present as male.  I think I am going to get a "I knew something was up" response from her.  About 2 montghs ago we were out having dinner at a restaurant and the waitress came to the table and was like "what can I get you two ladies" I was in male dress nothing feminine on and that happened.   She didn't say anything and neither did I....So yeah I do get occasional "male fails"....I think deep down she knows it.....

Congratulations on coming out to your roommate.  And on the male fail.  :)  Good luck with your sister.
