I'm not sure if this is the right area, but I will post here anyway.

In a couple months I have a breast augmentation scheduled.  It is an awesome feeling knowing that after this procedure, I will finally begin to fill out shirts and dresses (the ones I can wear based on height and weight anyway!)

However, there is a darker side to this.  I am not much in the passable spectrum, especially when it comes to neck up.  Although I try makeup and hair, but there is still that underlying look that I am still mostly a man in a dress.

My (very supportive) wife says the implants will increase my feminine outward appearance, but when it all comes down to it, I remain pretty self conscious of the whole thing.   I am wondering if any of you fabulous lady's have gone through this experience and what your options are of the outcome, both good and bad.

Thank you!

The most important feminizing things I did was Hormone Therapy, Weight loss and Facial Feminization Surgery. Having a larger chest helps, but the other three are more important.
