I'm planning on taking androgel for a month or two months. What were some of the changes you guys noticed within the first and second month? How much did you grow down there within the first month, and then within the second?
Thank you

Have you spoken to a doctor about your plan to only be on T for a few months?

In the first two months I had voice deepening, body hair filling in and darkening, downstairs growth, and my periods got lighter/shorter. That was about it.

⇧Similar.

Also, once your voice starts cracking/changing, if you stop after only 2 months, you should be aware that that is where your voice will more than likely stay.  Partially changed.

Forever.

You might want to do more research on what happens when you take T short time and rjen stop.  There was a recent thread that talked about it, but for the life of me I don't know where it is.

Good luck.  On whatever choice you make.

Responses to T tend to vary pretty widely.

I self medicated for the first month and a half I was on T consistently, which is a terrible idea, but I had been turned away by two doctors and well...that's that.

I noticed growth after about a week on a low dose of gel. I went from about 1/4 inch to maybe 1 inch or 1.5 inches vacuum pumped after 5 weeks. Growth stopped completely at that point and has not resumed. Sorry if this is TMI. It bothers me a lot that nothing's happening there.

My voice started changing noticeably at about 6 weeks in that it lost its feminine squeakiness (Google Jean Arthur...that), but it wasn't creaky and warbling until 8 weeks. Mileage will vary!  I'm a couple days away from 5 months now. My voice sounds mostly masculine, but still has its moments. I'm thinking it will even out soon, maybe by 8 months.

I've tracked some of the changes, but body hair wasn't one of them. A tiny bit of chest hair...a little over four months. Facial hair is still minimal, but I have had the outline of a mustache since 2.5 months into this.
