Hi Sarah,
   He did my emergency facial surgery  last year. He did a nice job, although the work was not extensive. He had an assistant who was asking me about transgender issues. My impression was that they were thinking of moving into that area, so I don't know how many surgeries he has done. Do you know? Do you know his training? I had a good feeling about him. He seemed very nice and was responsive to my needs at the time.

I don't know much about him. I was just looking for someone close to where I live and he showed up in my google search. I am still a few month away before I can schedule a consult, he required 9 month of RLE before scheduling a consult.

His website explains his approach which is mostly a penile inversion. I would prefer someone with a known track record...

We will see, I bookmarked his web page and will consider. He seems to be willing to work with insurance which is a great plus...

He worked on me at Carroll County Hospital which is close to my house. I thought I might use him if I had granulation to take care of rather than travel to Philly. Good luck in your search.

Thanks Moni! Your initial description of him sounds very promising. For me it is about 90 minutes away and unless John's Hopkins finally finds a reputable doctor it is the closest choice. Most others in this area stop at BA and facial work.
I know it is complaining on a very high note but when it comes to this kind of stuff I am very much a "shop local" kind of girl.

   I agree. I extended local to mean Philly. It is a decent drive, not too bad. Not sure which direction  you are in. I definitely wanted someone with experience though.
