Erika J Spangler

Just thought I would introduce myself to the forum with a topic that is near and dear to my heart.

Hi My name is Erika J Spangler yes that's my real name in my profile I figure I have nothing to hide here.
I am a 38yr old male to female pre-op transsexual who has been on hormone replacement therapy for 7 years and have been living full time for 6 1/2 years. I live in a rural sleepy little town of 400 people in Meigs county Ohio

Four years ago I decided that I wanted a transsexual pride tattoo to put on my back this is what the artist came up with.......

So do you have any transsexual tattoo's you would like to share?

I like the tattoo. Very well done, from the looks of it. My personal tastes on tattoos lean more towards cartoon/comic and floral related pieces.
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

I don't have one but I'm contemplating this:

:

April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Think outside the voice box!

I was thinking of a skin rip kind of tattoo with the hands ripping open from the inside and some of the woman inside me coming out. Like the fingers of two hands on each side ripping open and maybe a leg stepping through with a totally bitchen heel. Symbolizing the woman in me coming out. Now if someone could just make it how I see it in my mind.

Hmm, a transsexual tattoo. I currently have 4 tattoo's, they are very feminine tattoo's,which represent my femininity. A wavy pattern on my lower back, a small white dove on my right shoulder blade, a red rose on my right ankle and two dolphins on my lower stomach (below the panty line), they look like they diving to my vagina.

I would like a 5th and a 6th tattoo, I just don't know what and where. I thinking maybe my wrist and maybe something more on my lower back.. but a transsexual tattoo is something to think about, where I came from. I know don't want something big, although my hubby says I will look great with a half sleeve (He has half sleeves on both arms) and I admit I have seen some stunning designs, which I would not mind having done.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

Hi Erika,

I'm Laurie, mtf and I'm here to say welcome to Susan's Place. Come on in and join the party. Full time for over 6 years. That's only a little longer than my 2 months isn't it? But I got you on age. I'm 64. I got started on my HRT a little late (like last December) I don't have any tattoos so nothing there to show you. Sorry.

Perhaps I can even get you to hop on over to the Introductions Thread and create a post to tell us a little bit more about yourself so we can get to know you a little better and greet you properly.

I'll also put links to some of the rules and information below that could help make your stay with us a little better.

I've got a few ranging from feminine to masculine. I'm definitely more drawn to more feminine tattoos! I've got another one booked in soon which I'm rather looking forward to. It was a treat for coming to my partner!
