This is late to the "party", but my wife knows about me. She accepts that I dress from time to time. But she really hates it if I dress while she's away, and then she comes home to see female me. She wants warning. I'm supposed to notify her so she knows what to expect.
Just to provide some perspective that her coping mechanisms may not be what you expect.
