I recently met with my Psychiatrist and during the appointment she informed me that upcoming changes to the  World Professional Association for Transgender Health(WPATH) Standards of Care in 2017 will now include Facial Feminization Surgery(FFS). If these changes happen it would mean more health care plans would provide coverage for FFS.

I am wondering if anyone else has heard or read anything about these changes?

If this is true, it may also impact what the NHS offer in the UK, but probably not [emoji853].
