Hello! I'm Eileen. I made my first post last night https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,228468.msg2026425.html#msg2026425 about my experiences pursuing GRS at the Mayo Clinic. One of the moderators Laurie suggested I make a proper introductory post here. Hello!

I'm 34, I've been transitioning for a little over 2 years (3 depending on when you start counting ...) and on HRT for 22 months. I live and play in Minneapolis.

Not sure what else to say other than ... hello!

Hello Eileen

It's nice to meet you.

What seven impossible things are you going to do today?

Finding 'self' is the first step toward becoming 'self'. Every step is part of a journey. May your journey lead to happiness. Peace!

Hmm.
- pee six times before lunch
- get service workers to run locally on a rails app with webpack-dev-server
- draw a square circle
- forgive myself
- think of two more things

Do you look back upon your life
Forever with a sense a shame
You've always been the one to blame?

For no matter what you do
No matter when or where or who
Has one thing in common to

(Pet Shop Boys- It's a sin)

Love that song and it's lyrics,  I used to listen to it as a teenager while imagining coming out to my parents.

I always thought it was telling me that it was natural to be yourself regardless of what the church told me.
