Hi there! I think that the way you put it makes the challenge even more challenging... First of all, you're probably not going to do all these procedures in one shot, so it would probably be wise to prioritize. If you're looking for passability, FFS and voice are definitely important. FFS can be done in parts, making your facial features progressively more feminine. This approach won't cost you less, but at least it would relieve your dysphoria a bit at a time. As for voice, since your considering surgery I suppose you've already tried (very hard) voice therapy, without success... because even if you do vocal surgery, you'll still have to do voice therapy.
I don't know if you're under HRT and for how long, but HRT does modify fat distribution and makes your hips somewhat rounder... So I think it's wise to wait some time (>1 year) under HRT before deciding for body contour surgery. And unless you absolutely wish to wear a mini-skirt or a bikini, hips & butt are usually concealed and you can use some fashion tricks or even special pads to create the illusion of a more feminine contour. At least until you get the necessary money to be operated.
As for the sigmoid, at least for me it has the lesser priority because it's not something people see, unless you're naked. You can always tuck in the meantime, if needed.
I do believe that all these interventions are important to you, but it would probably be helpful if you could see what are you priorities and focus on each one at a time, saving for each one at a time.
As for how to raise money, a secure (preferably interesting) job is generally accepted as a good way to succeed, but sometimes you have to go for a less interesting job... I will not criticize the idea of escorting, but it doesn't sound like the most secure job in the world, does it?
Last time I heard, crowdfunding won't get you nowhere...
Wish you the best!
Sarah
