So, I'm my week 4 will end on this Sunday. Today was terrible. I had no spotting like a sign of a period coming on, just out of no where at 9 AM in class I got severe cramps like when you have like diarrhea stomach virus. That's what I thought cause it was exactly like that feeling. It hurt so bad I was sweating and could barely talk and couldn't even feel myself biting my inside cheek hard. Then like 20 mins I started to feel leakage of blood. I couldn't believe it cause before I went on birth control I'd have painful heavy periods, but they were tolerable and didn't feel that bad to where I could barely walk or talk. It was so heavy. I did not bring a pad and I was practically drenched until I got toilet paper. (Sorry for the content)Anyways, I'm taking Tri-Lo-Estarylla and I'm on week 4. Why am I getting a way heavier period I've ever had and severe cramps. (The cramps has gone away, but it's still a dull pain I feel of it when I move. Still bleeding heavy and after I eat I get very nauseated) Why is this happening? I hate this so much. I wish I could get off of this. I wish I wasn't forced to go on this, I begged to get off of it cause I am not having any sexual activity, I haven't ever done any and I'm uninterested and dating no one. My step mom won't let me get off of it until I'm 18. What should I do? Also are these normal symptoms?

There should have been warnings about this on the package insert if you were allowed to view it. With most birth control pills, you still get a period and it normally occurs with the last weeks worth of pills so make sure you are carrying supplies when the last weeks happens.
In any case, here is part of the warning.

Unscheduled (breakthrough or intracyclic) bleeding and spotting sometimes occur in patients on COCs, especially during the first three months of use. If bleeding persists or occurs after previously regular cycles, check for causes such as pregnancy or malignancy. If pathology and pregnancy are excluded, bleeding irregularities may resolve over time or with a change to a different contraceptive product.

Adverse reactions commonly reported by COC users are:
Irregular uterine bleeding
Nausea
Breast tenderness
Headache

No one can make you do anything. If you don't want to do this, don't. There are always choices. You're an adult.
