Recommendations for GID therapists, GID-aware physicians

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere but I've had no luck with the search function: where can we get recommendations for how to find suitable therapists and physicians?

I've found general listings for my area but they tend to put lgbtqi all in one heading, so it's not always easy to find the T-specific ones.

I'd also feel better for having recommendations from people who've actually met the practioners in question as clients.

Thanks - I'm in Ontario, near the Québec border. I was also checking though if there was a part of this site that specifically listed these kinds of resources, by region or otherwise.
