A mysterious box arrives at your door. It contains all the things you wish you had during your transition, or the things that made your life easier, made you feel more confident, etc.. Excluding money or hormones.

I am ftm and have been planning a start up for quite some time, including customizable resource box for gender variant folks. I have had a pretty straightforward time predicting the needs of fellow ftms in the community, and have been surveying groups I am in for a while. However, Im not qualified to design a resource kit for mtf's as I am not one. If anyone would be willing to comment with any ideas, or interested in collaborating, please let me know!
Boxes will include tutorials, art from fellow queers in the community, makeup, binders/breastforms, undergarments, natural skin care, hygiene products, coupons to trans* related online shops, etc..

Welcome to Susan's Place. What you are proposing would be very difficult. We have member ranging in hight from normal feminine heights to 6'5"+. Makeup needs to be matched to skin complexion and covering a beard requires different shades of cover depending on hair color. Wig styles, color and size will vary while the things needed most like beard removal, voice lessons and some of the surgeries can't be placed in a box. Possibly one of the most valuable things is the information that is available on this site as it allows you to locate the product that is right for you. There are web stores where most anything can be obtained and some even catering to the needs of transgenders. Other times, we just order from stores used by CIS women. If you have a very large inventory, it might be possible to enter this market however putting just the right thing in the box would be very difficult.
