Sublingual usage of progynova

Hello every one.
Iam new to this site and this is site is my  for help. I belongs to a country where no one cares about LGBT community. Where it is a crime to be a trans woman. No GP available here for LGBT 😢😢 . So iam at self-medication. Iam in trouble . I was taking progynova (small greenish blue type) orally since last 3 months. But i heard that taking progynova sublingualy would increase estrogen level much more then taking orally. But i have also read that ESTRADIOL VALERATE (PROGYNOVA) can not be taken sublingualy as it is waste of time. It have to go to liver firat for metabolism . So, should i place it under tounge or just with a glass of water ? Please help me if some one know the exact answer .
