Hi,

I had vaginoplasty on October 24, 2016. Following my surgery, my neoclitoris was too big. In February 2017, I had labiaplasty and a clitoral reduction surgery to give the labia more definition and to make the clitoris look smaller. It seems that following the revision and labiaplasty in February the Labia Minora became less pronounced, though the clitoris became smaller as I want. Rethinking the matter of my clitoral size, perhaps the size is now okay. Maybe the problem area is the Labia Minora and/or the Labia Majora. My theory is that the diminutive size of the Labia Minora and perhaps the Labia Majora relative to the clitoris size causes the latter to appear very conspicuous and protrude over the labia. Have you or someone you know post op gotten fat grafting into the Labia Minora and/or Labia Majora to make it larger and more pronounced to cover the clitoris?  Ideally, I would like my clitoris to be hidden by and between the labia when I'm standing and/or my legs are close together. I'm scheduled to have a second revision on November 3rd. Hopefully, this will be my last revision.
Sincerely,

Caitlyn

There were several people getting fat grafting in labia mayora, not sure about labia minora. You should talk to your doctor really, it is all case dependent. Who is your doctor, or who were your doctors>?

Hi, Dr. Jess Ting is my surgeon. I will ask him if fat grafting would be applicable for my situation. I'm very thin. I asked Dr. Ting,  before my breast augmentation surgery, if I could have fat grafting in my breasts and he said I don't have any fat.
Sincerely,

Caitlyn
