Hips enlargement

Hi, people. My height is 174cm and weight is 60kg. My waist is 74cm, and hips - 91cm. I started like androgyne and my HRT didn't change my body. I'm skinny and I have almost no fat. To gain weight is impossible for me, even if I eat completely wrong, contrary to all diets. Therefore lipofilling is impossible for me too. I want to enlarge my hips by implants. I saw surgeries on the hips, but it was a femoroplasty as a lift or installation of implants into the back of the thigh. This corrects the shape, but doesn't make an enlargement on the outer surface of the hip at coxofemoral joint site. I also heard that because of the high mobility in this place, the implants can very poorly hold and will easily move. I have found only one surgeon who doing this surgery, as I would like. And I would like to receive information about whether someone else is doing this surgery, except Dr. Chugay. And also, perhaps there are real examples of people on the forum, with a done this surgery.
PS: I'm not interested in the lining under the clothes. I want to have a beautiful body.

I see that the price of work of Dr. Doornaert is about the same as of Dr. Chugay.

This terminology is confusing me.

About 4 years ago, I had a hip joint replaced with a titanium stem and a ceramic ball. This was done because I had severe arthritis and I could not walk without a limp.  This is what I think of when anyone says hip implants and most medical professionals will think the same.

There have been implants of semi-solid silicone used for many years that were placed under the gluteous maximus muscle to provide more rear projection. Placing the same type of implant in a more lateral area is new to me. I am sure it can be done.

My question is how do we differentiate between the two procedures? Is "hip augmentation" or "pelvic augmentation" more descriptive of what you need to have done?

I'm talking about only silicone implants for hips augmentation from the outer (lateral) side. As it is done by Dr. Chugay and Dr. Doornaert. I doubt the feasibility and availability of surgeries for changing the pelvic bones.
