You are indeed on some serious meds. In the States, we call what you're on Luvox, Risperdal, Tegretol, and Elavil. As others have said, I can't say whether that regimen is appropriate for you because I'm not a doctor. But yeah--the stuff you're on treats depression, OCD, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. Not to say you have all those things, it's just that you're on a broad spectrum of stuff.
Have you asked your psychiatrist why you're taking all those meds? You have a right to know why they were prescribed and what you can expect them to do for you. Also, the doctor needs to know if they're not working. I wouldn't worry about the number of pills you take (like others, I take a handful every day), I'd worry more that you don't seem to be feeling better after you swallow all that stuff.
And I take it you don't have a therapist? Or as you put it, someone who talks to you like in the movies. I know that people who experience depression do better if they have both medication and talk therapy. I can't say I know as much about other disorders.
If I remember right, you still live with your folks? Would they support you in going to talk therapy with a psychologist?
