This happened to me at Costco. My picture on the Costco ID is from a time before HRT about ten years ago. It's sort of strange because the picture doesn't show a beard, just a little light shadow. Most of the subtle changes from HRT have become pretty evident when you see my old pictures. My face has become feminized quite a bit. The cashier just flat out said I look nothing like my Costco ID. I don't drink or I think this would happen every more often.
