For years, my wife has been crazy about back scratches on her middle back, and I always assumed it had something to do with wearing bras. After a few months on HRT, I'm in the same place... it's almost orgasmic how good it feels, especially just under my left shoulder blade. Also, my middle back gets sore now when carrying heavy things, and that never used to happen. Anyone else seeing anything like this?
