My name is Kira Renée Darling. I live in Birmingham, Alabama, and I'm excited to be here! I haven't found any friends in my area to spend time with, and it makes me sad because I feel so alone here.
I've been looking for other Trans women because I want friends like myself, but I've only found a couple pre-transition MTF's and we only chat online.
I would like to find people like me to hang out, and an online search suggested this forum, so here I am! I also hope I'm able to offer advice and support to those who need it. :-)

Hi Kira! I'm over in coastal Georgia, so a southern girl as well! I can definitely relate to not having anyone in the area. As near as I can tell, except for a disproportionate number of teenage FTMs in my sister's high school, the trans population here is just about zero.

Thanks! It's nice to find an online community though. :-) And yeah, I've found quite a few FTM's but my area seems to have virtually no MTF's and of the ones I HAVE found, they're pre-transition. It would be nice to find local people like myself but it is what it is. lol
