Okay, I'm unbelievably desperate to reduce my hips. There's the obvious option, which is liposuction. The problem? I am naturally underweight and have very very little fat around my hip area, and my hips are far larger than the average woman my age. I'm a hourglass. So... is there anything else? Are there any cosmetic surgeries that reshape hips??? While researching things to do, I found out about postnatal hip reducers. Basically, toward the end of pregnancy, women produce relaxin to soften the hip bones and make them more malleable, and therefor able to change at least a bit. Is there any treatments for trans people regarding this? I really do not believe I can continue living with these damn things. I can't put into words how absolutely desperate and dysphoric I am. I refuse to believe that there's nothing I can do and I must deal with this horrific dysphoria my entire life. My hips are the absolute worst dysphoria I have. I've been trying to sleep with 2 ace bandages around my hips every night in a minimal attempt. Logically, though, this will probably do nothing due to how strong hips are. Also it cuts off circulation but tbh dysphoria is worse than my numb legs. Please help. Is there any hope for me?

Hey, please don't use ace bandages on yourself.  As I'm sure you know, they just constrict tighter and tighter and can damage you.  I don't know of anything that will actually reshape the pelvis, but lots of trans guys I know wear low-slung pants that highlight the shoulder-to-hip ratio rather than the waist-to-hip one.

a lot of cis males have large hips, I know quite a few. Nature has a terrible sense of humor about life.

Work on what you can control, upper body and waist. Aside from that, dress to hide and draw attention away from them. The more straight you appear from chest to hips, the less curvy you look. I'd love to have some curves :(
I left the door open, only a few came through. such is my life.

What makes male-looking hips is generally the ratio of waist to hip and upper body, which fortunately can be achieved by increasing your upper body musculature/bulking up. Being underweight is going to emphasize the hourglass. Putting on upper body muscle will probably help a lot.
